Position summary
experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
- Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time
- Work location is Raleigh, NC. This position may require travel.
- At least 4 years of working experience in QA Testing
- Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.
Preferred Experience:
- Design and execute ETL test strategies for data ingestion, transformation, and reporting.
- Develop Python scripts to automate data validation, reconciliation, and regression testing.
- Validate data across source systems and target databases (DB2, Netezza, Oracle, SQL Server, and Snowflake).
- Perform schema validation, data profiling, and row-level comparisons.
- Experience on DataStage tool
- Execute the ETL Jobs through DataStage and ControlM
- Good Experience on ControlM Scheduler
- Maintain test documentation, test cases, and defect logs.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Strong experience in ETL Testing across data warehouses and lakes.
- Proficiency in Python for test automation and data validation.
- Hands-on experience with SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL, Snowflake).
- Good Communication skills.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
