- Architect and configure ServiceNow IRM modules (Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management) aligned with industry regulations and internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO, COBIT).
- Partner with governance, audit, compliance, and IT security teams to build automated workflows that monitor control effectiveness and regulatory adherence.
- Define and implement GRC dashboards and reporting tailored to financial regulatory reporting and executive oversight.
- Collaborate with platform developers to implement custom solutions where out-of-the-box functionality is insufficient.
- Train users and stakeholders on IRM functionality and best practices within the financial services context.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes (e.g., OCC, FDIC, CFPB) and translate them into actionable ServiceNow enhancements. Utilize GRC/IRM technical knowledge to collaborate with the technical team, in driving solutions across the platform.
- Support project scoping and proposal development, driving the implementation and advising the project on viable technical solution options throughout the project lifecycle.
- Craft and deliver workshop materials, perform elements of solution implementation, and drive the completion of key project deliverables.
- Help create new practice solutions and offerings.
- Help drive continuous improvement and optimization of our capabilities.
- Lead efforts and provide guidance in requirements gathering and developing/documenting process workflows.
- Translate requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional IRM features.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintain proficient knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and products via webinars, case study, training, and all other resources available.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, crafting proposals and presenting ServiceNow IRM solutions to prospective clients.
- Educate practice members on ServiceNow IRM modules by providing guidance on solution implementation and facilitating ongoing education and knowledge sharing.
- Comfortable in working in a high paced work environment and can adapt to rapidly changing business drivers.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to other members of the team.
Basic Qualifications
- BS Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong GRC/IRM technical background
- 5+ years of ServiceNow experience with a focus on IRM/GRC modules
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements
- Prior experience as a consultant or client-serving professional
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow best-practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage one or more projects.
