Stay updated with the latest trends and evolutions in SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and labor regulations.
Essential Requirements:
7+ years of demonstrable experience as an SAP Consultant in the Payroll (PY) module.
Robust experience with SAP SuccessFactors , especially in integration with SAP Payroll, with a deep understanding of Employee Central .
Advanced knowledge in configuring Payroll Schemas, Rules, Operations, and Functions.
Ability to read and understand ABAP code (basic debugging) to identify issues.
Exceptional analytical skills for resolving complex problems and proposing effective solutions.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact at all organizational levels and with clients.
Fluent in Spanish and English (oral and written).
University degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
