Leadership**
- Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP JVA and IS-Oil support including incidents, service requests, enhancements, and stabilization.
- Manage configuration across JVA: Master Data, Equity Groups, Partner Billing, Cash Calls, Cutback, Overheads, and JVA-FI/CO Integration.
- Ensure compliance with client accounting standards.
Production Sharing & Upstream Accounting Support
- Support PSC processes including revenue sharing, cost recovery, and entitlement calculations.
- Align with upstream business teams on hydrocarbon revenue, cost objects, and allocation rules.
- Ensure timely and accurate upstream JV period-end processing.
Onsite Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement
- Primary onsite focal point for assigned Finance, JV Accounting, and Upstream teams.
- Provide daily updates, manage escalations, ensure SLA/KPI achievement.
- Conduct workshops, requirements gathering, UAT support, and sign-off.
Enhancement & Project Delivery Support
- Lead design for new enhancements and JVA-related integrations.
- Support S/4HANA upstream transformation, JVA modernization, and hydrocarbon accounting initiatives.
- Coordinate with technical teams for delivery.
System Governance, Controls & Compliance
- Ensure JVA compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and governance.
- Conduct RCA for recurring issues and implement permanent fixes.
- Validate and approve JVA-related change requests.
Financial Integration & Upstream Reporting
- Support integration with FI, CO, AA, Cost Objects, and Production systems.
- Troubleshoot period-end closing issues including allocations, settlements, and cutbacks.
- Support JV partner, PSC, and regulatory reporting.
People Leadership & Continuous Improvement
- Mentor onsite/offshore consultants.
- Establish best practices for JVA support and documentation.
- Identify automation opportunities for JVA processes and reporting.
