    Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N1 or N2 level is preferred.

    Requirements:
    Candidates who have graduated or are expected to graduate from a domestic or international university or graduate school by September 2026.

    • Must be able to work full-time in Japan.
    • Business-level Japanese proficiency or higher (JLPT N2 or above) is required.
    • Business-level English communication skills are required (approximately TOEIC 700 or above preferred).

    Role: IT Associate Consultant

    • Work with a high level of autonomy in a global environment.
    • Collaborate closely with executive leadership, allowing you to make a strong impact on business decisions.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead projects across multiple phases, including customer requirements gathering, business analysis, high-level design, development & configuration, testing, and implementation.
    • Contribute to division-level and company-wide initiatives, delivering high-quality, value-added consulting services in accordance with Infosys guidelines, policies, and standards.
    • Execute projects in collaboration with offshore teams (India), customer teams, and onsite teams working at customer locations.
    • Analyze customer challenges. Develop and document effective solutions.

    Work Location: Customer sites within Tokyo
    Employment Type: Full-time position (visa sponsorship available)
    Working Hours : 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
