    Position summary

    the Product Manager.

    • Write clear, concise, and actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.

    • Continuously refine and prioritize the backlog based on stakeholder feedback, business value, and changing requirements.

    Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the Product Manager to understand the product vision, strategy, and goals.

    • Engage with Engineering teams, Architects and other stakeholders to gather technical requirements, feedback, and validate stories.

    • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team to ensure alignment.

    Technical Leadership (for TPO's)

    • Provide technical guidance and leadership to engineering teams, ensuring that technical solutions are aligned with product requirements and business goals.

    • Collaborate with Technology Solutions Architects and Integration Engineers to design and implement technically feasible solutions.

    • Review and approve technical designs, ensuring they meet quality standards and align with the product vision.

    Sprint Planning and Execution:

    • Participate in sprint planning meetings to help the team understand the requirements and prioritize tasks.

    • Ensure that the development team has a clear understanding of user stories and acceptance criteria.

    • Provide timely feedback and clarification to the development team during sprints.

    Product Development and Delivery:

    • Collaborate with the development team to deliver high-quality product increments that meet the defined requirements.

    • Conduct regular reviews and demos of completed work to gather feedback and ensure alignment with business needs.

    • Ensure that delivered features meet the acceptance criteria and are ready for release.

    Continuous Improvement:

    • Monitor and evaluate product performance using metrics and KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to improve the product.

    • Participate in retrospectives and other continuous improvement activities to enhance team performance and product quality.

    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions.

    Documentation and Communication:

    • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for user stories, features, and product requirements.

    • Communicate progress, risks, and issues to the Product Manager and other stakeholders.

    • Ensure that all relevant information is shared with the development team in a timely manner.

    Interfaces and Collaboration:

    • Product Managers: Work closely with Product Managers to ensure that the technical product backlog aligns with the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

    • Engineering Teams: Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that technical solutions are aligned with product requirements and business goals, providing technical leadership throughout the development process.

    • Business Owners: Engage with Business Owners to understand business priorities, gather technical requirements, and validate technical features.

    • Technology Solutions Architects and Integration Engineers: Work with technical teams to ensure that technical solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with architectural standards.

    • Stakeholders: Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and gather feedback on technical product development.
