Your Role
To provide clients with deep expertise in the Supply & Inventory Planning domains of Kinaxis Rapid Response. Specifically in the following areas: Inventory Planning, Segmentation, Supply Network Planning, DRP and Deployment. The Consultant should also demonstrate a strong understanding of Production Planning especially constraint and resource planning plus prioritization and attribute-based planning. The Supply SME should be able to support the client with the design of the Supply Network & Resources in Kinaxis and guide the development team in configuration and enhancements during system deployment. They should be capable of basic Resources development and have the aptitude and ambition to expand their technical authoring skills to progress to Senior Solution Consultant.

Required

• Broad knowledge of Kinaxis Rapid Response software, architecture, features and functions.
• Experience in operational Supply Planning and best practices.
• Functional Technical capability in Kinaxis to be able to define and guide configuration or enhancements.
• Able to demo Kinaxis to clients in operational mode to client CoEs and business users.
• Demonstrated successful delivery of Kinaxis solutions.
• Experience in the application of the software to the real supply chain environment.

Preferred

• Extensive supply chain operations experience.
• Strong client communication and collaboration skills.
• Has strong team skills and can work in complex large corporations.
• Can work independently whilst sustaining stakeholder engagement.
• Kinaxis certifications or demonstrated experience in the appropriate modules
• Demonstrated the capability to apply Agile Development methodology.
• Knowledge of the interdependencies between ERP systems and Kinaxis Supply data models.
• Strong understanding and/or certification in SAP/Oracle Supply Planning processes
• Other related software development certifications and experience
