n Richardson, TX or Raleigh, NC . This is a hybrid position and expected to be in office 3 days in a week

- HR domain knowledge of specific areas such as Compensation and Benefits, Organization Development.
- Coaching and Mentoring skills for team building, client facing skills.
- Crisis handling tasks
- Facilitate timely flow of information for analytics and reporting for different HR processes.
- Assist in manage and review the following - HR operations, Performance management framework
- Manage and support the following aspects - Employee Assimilation, Hiring and Deployment, Performance Management.
- Execute unit specific performance management framework
- Monitor the employee governance process and adherence to code of conduct
- Manage all aspects of reporting, analytics and metrics as required.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
