    Position summary

    n Richardson, TX or Raleigh, NC . This is a hybrid position and expected to be in office 3 days in a week

    • Candidates must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to this area. This position may require travel up to 15% .
    • Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration.

    Preferred:

    • HR domain knowledge of specific areas such as Compensation and Benefits, Organization Development.
    • Coaching and Mentoring skills for team building, client facing skills.
    • Crisis handling tasks
    • Facilitate timely flow of information for analytics and reporting for different HR processes.
    • Assist in manage and review the following - HR operations, Performance management framework
    • Manage and support the following aspects - Employee Assimilation, Hiring and Deployment, Performance Management.
    • Execute unit specific performance management framework
    • Monitor the employee governance process and adherence to code of conduct
    • Manage all aspects of reporting, analytics and metrics as required.

    The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
