iii. Employee Feedback score: Identify key HR areas which impacts employee feedback and actively drive plans towards improving the feedback scores for the client.
Employee Grievances: Will be responsible to ensure all employee grievances is addressed in a timely manner following necessary due process for closure. Puts systems and processes in place to ensure company policies and procedures are clearly communicated in a timely manner and ensures awareness across employee groups.
Team and Stakeholder Management: Will manage a team of around 3-4 HR associates across locations for the client providing support, guidance and mentorship. Will also be responsible to build connect and manage business stakeholder relationships.
Job Specifications
8-10 years of overall HR experience in a corporate set up with hands on experience in driving employee engagement initiatives
Must have a hands-on experience in handling employee grievances
Must be willing to travel to other locations in Ireland as and when needed.
