    Position summary

    • Oracleのコスト管理クラウドを実際に操作して実装した経験
    • Oracleを実際に操作して構成。ソリューションを設計、プロトタイプ化し反復させる。
    • 実装の方法論を理解し適用し、Oracleシステムを構築、文書化しテスト。
    • 成果物についてオフショアチームと連携。
    • 他部署のメンバーおよびビジネスパートナーと連携して、ビジネスソリューションをモデリング、設計、構築。
    • 製造チームおよびコスト策定チームと連携し、要件を定義して、ステータスの更新や対象範囲の変更など、最初からデリバリーまでプロジェクトを率いる。
    • Oracle SCMアプリケーションを実装およびサポートした経験が8年以上。Oracleコスト管理クラウドの実装とサポートのプロジェクトをフルに2回以上関わった経験。
    • 製造業ドメインのOracle Inventory ManagementおよびItem Masterのノウハウ。森林から計画まで、計画から構築まで、注文から現金まで、調達から支払いまでといったサプライチェーンビジネスプロセスの経験。現場での経験があれば尚良い。
    • 複雑なERPソリューションのIT解析、設計および開発の経験

    資格とスキル

    • バイリンガル - 日本語(ほぼネイティブ)、英語(ビジネスレベル)
    • Oracle SCM Cloud の認定資格-コスト管理、製造、計画策定、在庫管理、またはその他のカテゴリ
    • Oracle SCM Cloudで実装した経験が3年以上。特にOracle Cost Management Cloud、Quality および Maintenance モジュールの経験
    • Costing、Manufacturing、Quality & MaintenanceのCloudモジュールの経験
    • Cloudの実装認定資格があれば、なお可
    • 話す・書くのコミュニケーションスキル
    • 問題解決能力に優れ、分析スキルが高く、仕事の中ですぐに学習できる
    • 高い対人スキルとチームワークは必須
