    Position summary

    will work closely with managers and employees to ensure effective HR service delivery, consistent application of policies, and a positive employee experience within the organization's guidelines and frameworks.

    Qualifications
    Basic:

    • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Infosys will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
    • 5-6 years of progressive HR experience, primarily within a generalist or business partner capacity.
    • Location for this position is Calgary, Canada This is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in the office. Candidates must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate. Travel may be required up to 10%

    Role Responsibilities
    • Support and execute core HR operations and employee lifecycle activities for a defined employee population
    • Partner with managers to provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, and policy application
    • Execute unit-specific performance management processes within established frameworks
    • Support employee assimilation, hiring, and deployment activities in collaboration with recruiting and HR teams
    • Monitor employee governance processes and adherence to the code of conduct, escalating concerns as appropriate
    • Prepare and maintain standard HR reports, analytics, and metrics to support HR processes
    • Assist with periodic HR communications to ensure effective delivery of HR services
    • Support candidate and employee engagement efforts, including timely and fair feedback mechanisms

    Preferred Experience and Skills

    • Ability to handle sensitive employee situations with professionalism and sound judgment

    • Knowledge of written and spoken French language

    • Comfortable working within established HR policies and processes

    • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail

    The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
