Lead - PowerBI Admin

d Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

• Experience in managing and optimizing Power BI environments.

• Experience in data security practices and protocols.

• Experience in Performance tuning and optimization of Power BI datasets, reports, and dashboards

• Experience in Troubleshoot Technical Issues related to Power BI service, gateway configurations, and data connectivity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in maintain the Power BI ecosystem, including infrastructure setup, configuration, and version upgrades.

• At least 3 years of experience in Implement and manage robust security frameworks, including user authentication, role-based authorization, and data encryption protocols.

• Schedule and automate data refresh cycles and ETL processes to guarantee that datasets are current and reliable.

• Engage with cross-functional teams to gather business intelligence requirements and deliver tailored Power BI solutions that drive strategic insights.

• Experience in developing data validation and reconciliation processes to ensure data quality and accuracy is met.

• Experience with development and maintenance of user documentation, including data models, mapping rules, and data dictionaries.

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to Power BI service, gateway configurations, and data connectivity.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

• Certifications in Power BI or related technologies are a plus. Key Responsibilities

• Experience in developing data models and mapping rules to transform raw data into actionable insights and reports.

• Experience in collaborating with the analytics and business teams to understand their requirements, with cross-functional teams to define and implement data governance policies and standards.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
