Preferred Qualifications:
8-10+ years of experience in SAP CR&B implementation programs with experience of CRM / Customer Service Management modules, SAP C4C
Experience across Electricity (preferred), or Gas or Water Utilities industries North America
Core skills in key process and architectural knowledge in customer service for utilities - Move in Move out, Contract accounts, fundamental knowledge of other key ISU processes of S/4 ISU
Experience in SAP CRM ISU or S/4 ISU - Customer Service / Customer Engagement module
Experience in BRF+
Experience of atleast 1 end to end lifecycle implementation activities including:
Strong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skills
Strong analytical skills with ability to work in advanced excel based data analysis of SAP ISU data
Project experience with SAP C4C Utilities is preferred
Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinating work delivery between onsite and offshore
Flexible work timings required due to remote working environment including offshore overlaps twice a day
