    Position summary

    Preferred Qualification:

    • At least 7 years of Experience in SAP MDG and at least 3 years of work experience in MDM.
    • At least 7 years' experience with SAP S/4 HANA/Fashion implementation experience.
    • Expertise in SAP Retail Master Data e.g., article master, hierarchies, assortment, listing, retail pricing, BOM's, Plant/site master data, Business Partner (BP) customer/Supplier, transaction data etc).
    • Excellent working knowledge of ERP systems, Data Conversion/Migration & Data Governance Experience.
    • Expertise in Configuring and implementation SAP MDG Material, Business Partner Customer and Supplier, and Finance Master Data.
    • Expertise in Data Modelling, UI Modeling, Process Modeling, and Data Replication Framework.
    • Expertise in BRF+ (Business Rules Framework Plus) Workflows.
    • Support and provide input to MDG Team Members in the development of the processes for Data Cleansing, Data Migration and MDG integration of MDG Data Objects including Business Partner (Customer/Supplier and material master Data) and MDG Financial Objects.
    • Should be familiar with IDOCs to load data into SAP MDG/S4 and is able to investigate IDOC issues to ensure that data is pushed into SAP staging tables.
    • Expertise in the configuration of reference data relevant to Material, Business partner Supplier and customer master data.
    • Proficient in MS SQL (query skills, table structure, and relational databases) skills to identify data quality issues.
    • Experience integrating upstream enterprise data sources into MDG and S4.
    • Experience in data upload tools SAP S/4 Data Migration Cockpit, SAP LSMW, Fiori Mass processing, DRFOUT Replication other SAP or third party ETL tool.
    • Domain Knowledge in SAP AFS/ or S4 Fashion is required with all business process knowledge.
    • Good understanding for SAP Table relations and different load approaches to SAP S4HANA.
    • Well-versed in the preparation of functional specifications / Technical Specifications.
    • Well-versed in preparing test scripts, and test cases and performing testing.
    • Prior experience working with Data migration on building preload, load, and recon reports.
    • Coordinate, conduct and facilitate collaboration sessions with business / technical data stakeholders.
    • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot integration issues.
    • Perform production support activities through Service Now incidents and problem management process.
    • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects concurrently.
    • Must be result-oriented, adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel (vlookup, pivot tables etc)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively connect with internal business partners.
    • Good understanding of Retail industry specific business processes.
    • SAP MDG & MDM implementation knowledge is an added advantage.
    • Deep SAP experience will be very helpful.
    • SAP MDG/ S4 Hana certification is a big plus.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Be skilled in working with cross-functional teams.

    The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
