Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Experience working in Mainframe, Cobol, CICS, DB2, JCL, VSAM
• Experience working in DB2 (Stored procedures, Native SP, SQL).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Mainframe Technologies is preferred.
• Experience in COBOL, CICS and DB2 is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in Cobol DB2 and CICS Application programming.
• At least 2 years of experience in VSAM and JCL.
• At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle (waterfall and agile).
• Strong Analytical & design skills.
• Ability to lead the activities related to requirements elicitation, creation and review of design, provide pseudo code to the team, assign and review tasks, mentor individuals.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

Ability to work in diverse/multiple stakeholder environments.

The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
