    Position summary

    nctional Lead

    **Location : Brisbane, Australia

    Salary:**
    AUD 150,742- 171,215 ( Annual Gross)

    Please Note:- The above salary range is only indicative and maybe subject to suitable enhancements, based on internal company processes.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Interact with business functional users and business stakeholders to understand business requirements
    • Create Epics, Features, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria when required
    • Do a Fit/ Gap analysis of the business requirements and propose solution for the identified gaps
    • Prepare wireframes, process flows/maps and presentations around system design
    • Create functional solution design to address business, interface, and performance requirements
    • Configure D365 CRM product based on requirements
    • Conduct end-user and admin training sessions, show and tell sessions and provide tailored demonstrations of the technology solution
    • Review of Functional test cases based on acceptance criteria
    • Serve as clients' main point of contact throughout all project phases, effectively manage associated issues and risks and ensure on-time and on-budget implementation delivery that meets clients' needs and requirement

    Skill / Competencies

    ESSENTIAL

    • Experience as a functional lead on end-to-end Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementations
    • Experience on preparing process flows using Visio, PowerPoint, or any other tool.
    • Good understanding of Dynamics 365 security model
    • Hands-on experience in D365 CRM product configurations

    PREFERRED

    • Experience in User Training and Showcases

    • Experience in working in Agile projects and using tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps

    • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, and ability to initiate conversations proactively
