• Lead the design, implementation, and support of the O365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Manage the migration of on-premises systems to the O365 cloud environment.
• Ensure the security and compliance of O365 services, including data protection and access management.
• Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting and resolving complex O365-related issues.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate O365 with other enterprise systems and applications.
• Monitor and optimize the performance and availability of O365 services.
• Conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions to improve user adoption and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with O365 updates and new features to recommend improvements to the organization.
