Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall installation, configuration, maintenance and migration of CCM forms.
Working with business technology groups to integrate their applications with the ECM infrastructure so that content management capabilities to come up with a Robust CCM solution.
Resolving operational issues as quickly as possible and driving out root causes and resolutions to those root causes.
Analyzing the existing Forms and coming up with Dynamic forms which will help the business users to reduce the manual effort.
Skills /Competencies:
Essential Skills:
More than 5 years' experience of OpenText CCM solution design, build and maintain on medium and large-scale projects.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in OpenText Exstream product.
Excellent knowledge in OpenText Exstream 16 or above.
Excellent knowledge in advanced configuration and development using various components like Control Center, Design Center, Composition Center, Archiving, Ad hoc viewer and Post processing in OpenText Exstream product.
Excellent SQL knowledge.
Excellent knowledge in advance scripting.
Comprehensive experience in StreamIn, XMLIN, Streamout, XMLout.
Excellent knowledge in OpenText Exstream administration, Installations, Migration, configuration and setting up connectivity between components.
Good Knowledge in Docbroker Plus, Post Processor, OMR, Barcodes, Enveloping, Sorting, and Interactive objects.
Experience in delivering output in various formats like email, fax, pdf, archiving, Post processor repository etc.
