Required years of experience, training, technical skills, and other requirements for job performance:
Basic Qualifications:
- Over Seven years of IT experience, with at least three years dedicated to Oracle Cloud HCM technical lead role, managing technical teams, and experience on implementation projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, particularly in technical implementation aspects.
- Proven hands-on experience with integration tools like OIC and other tools
- Understanding of database concepts, SQL, and data modeling.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and VBCS
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant Oracle certifications.
- Public Sector experience.
Educational Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a foreign equivalent is required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive, relevant work experience instead of every year of education.
