Position summary

Experience with Oracle fusion cloud HCM - required to have production support experience in Fusion cloud projects
Must havehands on techno-functional experience in the following modules: Compensation, Benefits, and OTL
Must haveexperience across Extracts, Fast Formula, and Integrations
Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
Experience r ecommending roadmaps to close performance gaps and developing high level implementation plans
Identifying functionality gaps and developing solutions for them
Developing an understanding of a client's current state process and developing future state recommendations
Advising clients on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
Experience leading and conducting CRP, SIT and UAT sessions as well as d eveloping and delivering end-user documentation/training materials

Preferred Qualifications:

Oracle hands on functional experience with basic technical knowledge (ability to query transactions/link between tables)
Strong written and verbal communication skills to be able to effectively communicate and drive project deliverables
To be able to work in global delivery model with offshore team as onsite coordinator.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
