Oracle Cloud Implementation Program Manager

. This position may require travel in the US.

• Should have 9+ years of experience in implementing Oracle ERP with at least 2 end to end implementation on Oracle cloud.
• Good overall process knowledge in Sales, Manufacturing, Distribution, Services and Financials.
• Strong skills in Program governance and delivery including blueprint, discovery, design, rollout
• Understand business requirements and be able to convert into implementation roadmap and bring in diverse perspectives.
• Ability to review requirements from a cross- functional perspective and interdependencies.
• Work with multiple stakeholders to articulate value and drive consensus
• Have the End to End understanding of a company's processes.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills. Strong leadership and delivery management background working with offshore teams and 3rd party application teams etc.
• Ability to lead different tracks to ensure completeness of solution activities for the project.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Implementing Oracle cloud across manufacturing customers.
• Experience in MFG industry having worked with business models.
• Experience and Knowledge in AGILE SCRUM processes.
• AGILE SCRUM Certification is a Preferred, and Distribution Industry Experience is a plus.
• Ability to track and manage complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams.
• Experience managing team size of 30 would be a plus.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

The job entails an extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
