Required Qualifications:
Location for this position is Raleigh NC, Indianapolis IN, Phoenix AZ, Richardson TX or Hartford CT. This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least11 years of Information Technology experience

Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle CX Cloud including Fusion Service Cloud, Digital Customer Service, Service Logistics Cloud, and related technologies
Experience in Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes and Problem Definition.
Knowledge and experience implementing Service Request Management, RMA / Depot Repair, Knowledge Management, Digital Customer Service, Omnichannel features with Fusion Service Cloud.
Strong understanding of business processes related to Customer Service, Service Entitlements/Coverages, Depot Repair
Skilled with Application and Page Composer, Groovy Scripting, Redwood UX and Visual Builder, Data Migration, Reporting and Analytics.
Knowledge of Webservices based integration
Proven experience in PoC ideation, creation, and presenting demonstrations to clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
Perform role of a Principal Consultant at onsite / offshore and work with offshore team on deliverables.
Experience with Oracle Subscription Management Cloud is a plus.
Knowledge of Oracle Order Management Cloud, Oracle Inventory Cloud, Oracle Maintenance Cloud is desirable
Should have done at least 2 green field implementations and have experience in working in projects with Agile methodology.
Good analytical and communication skills
Should be able to build strong business partner interactions with client stakeholders.
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
