Oracle EBS R12 Finance Consultant

• At least 2 years of experience in IT.
• Hands on experience in production support of EBS Finance (GL, AP, AR, Collections, Credit Management, FA, EB Tax, i-Expense, Sub-ledger Accounting).
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• Candidate primarily should have good implementation/support experience in finance module of EBS.
• Should be able to understand business requirements and map them to proposed solutions/enhancements.
• Testing and deployment of custom solutions for finance module.
• Participate in functional testing and co-ordinate with cross functional stakeholders for timely delivery of the solutions developed.
• Onsite-offshore communication and work management.
• Coordination with other tracks for delivery of end-to-end business processes.
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle.
• Experience with lean / agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Should be well versed with support processes (incident management, problem management, change management, RCA, etc.).
• Experience managing team size of 3-5 would be a plus.
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In Minneapolis, MN: $62,074 to $86,224
