Required Qualifications:
- At least 7+ years of Relevant Information Technology experience.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree.
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Nashville, TN or be willing to relocate to the area.
- Strong Oracle EBS Apps technical skills - Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, OAF, Interfaces.
- Strong Techno-Functional skills in Supply Chain Modules - Order Management, Inventory, Depot Repair.
- 5+ years of relevant Technical experience in Oracle EBS R12 Implementation /Upgrade projects.
- Should have at least 2 to 4 implementation experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Work with functional / business teams to understand the functional specifications and translating them to technical design / specifications.
- In-Depth understanding of Oracle EBS Technical Architecture.
- Good knowledge in various integration methodologies / design patterns.
- Suggesting innovative, cost and effort effective solution options for addressing various non-standard business requirements.
- Providing Go-Live and post-implementation warranty support for resolving any business issues, in accordance with the agreed SLA terms.
- Analyzing feasibility and impact of various enhancements / change requirements (CRs) on existing configurations, before implementing the same.
- Good client handling skills.
- Experienced in onsite-offshore coordination.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
