Position summary

Ability to work with client's business and process owners during the requirements gathering phase to thoroughly understand existing business processes, generate process workflow diagrams and document requirements for NetSuite implementation projects.
Ability to conduct System/User Testing for customizations developed.
Ability to solve user issues within assigned SLA's.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in Sales, Presales and Alliance Partner management role preferred.
Ability to develop User's Guides and provide extensive training to End Users.
