Oracle Retail Predictive Application Consultant

ntioned location - Richardson, TX / Raleigh NC / Indianapolis, IN / Phoenix, AZ / Harford, CT. This position may require travel.

• 6+ years of relevant experience in Oracle - RPAS and/or AIP. (Primary)
• Strong understanding of MFP, IP, RDF, RO, Supply and Demand Planning (Secondary)
• Experience in Retail Planning and Forecasting and Supply chain Management.
• Identifying and addressing client needs, building solid relationships with clients communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with implementation and support of Oracle - RPAS and/or AIP.
• Detail and process oriented performer and go-getter.
• Effectively identifies the potential risks and issues even before they could occur, and communicates the same, follows them up with various stake holders to get the closure on them.
• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams.
• Exhibits excellent leadership traits to set the standards and lead by example, mentors, inspires, and nurtures the teams (offshore, and onsite) to effectively build great teams, and knows when to delegate.
• Must have an eye for detail to do the technical reviews of various deliverables.
• Experience managing team size of 5+ would be a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
