    Position summary

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
    • At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
    • Experience in OTC derivatives, trade support, or middle/back-office analysis.
    • Deep understanding of OTC derivative instruments (e.g., swaps, forwards, exotic products), life-cycle events, collateral, and regulatory environments.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Atleast 4 -6 years of relevant experience in OTC derivatives, trade support, or middle/back-office analysis.

    • Practical knowledge in product features and trade mechanics for both exchange-traded and OTC derivatives.

    • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and adeptness with data tools (Excel, SQL, business intelligence platforms).

    • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with ability to translate business needs clearly.

    • Experience in Agile delivery, JIRA, Confluence, or other project management tools is a bonus.

    • Experience working in evolving bank systems and enterprise technology environments.

    • Familiarity with ISDA agreements or collateral/margin frameworks (e.g., CSA).

    • Exposure to market risk, credit risk, or collateral management systems.

    • Prior experience in banking or capital markets, especially in major financial institutions.

    • Planning and Co-ordination skills.

    • Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.

    The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
