    Position summary

    and emergency releases.

    • Troubleshoot Pega rules, flows, activities, data pages, and integrations.
    • Analyze logs (Pega, WebSphere/WebLogic/Tomcat, DB) to diagnose issues.
    • Perform minor enhancements, bug fixes, and configuration changes.
    • Support case management, SLA breaches, and workbasket issues.
    • Assist with Pega upgrades, patches, and performance tuning activities.
    • Support Pega environments across DEV, QA, UAT, and PROD.
    • Ensure platform stability, security, and compliance.
    • Coordinate with business users, QA, infra, DB, and development teams.
    • Participate in on-call rotations and weekend support.
    • Mentor junior support team members and provide technical guidance.
    • Prepare and maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
