Collaborate with the Security Consultant to ensure compliance with internal governance and data protection standards.
Support audits and implement corrective actions related to system access and configuration.
Provide basic support and troubleshooting for platform users.
Document administrative procedures and maintain system configuration records.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Proven experience administering SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central.
Understanding of user provisioning, role-based permissions, and system configuration.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Basic English communication skills (written and spoken).
Familiarity with corporate security policies and compliance practices is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
