    Position summary

    • Experience across the breadth of Digital Workplace Technology domains in Three or more of the below service offering domains - Employee Experience, Modern Workplace and Endpoint Management, Digital Collaboration ( Team Collaboration , Cloud Voice & Meeting & Collaborative Apps ), DaaS & Device lifecycle Management (Modern device and endpoint management, Cloud Virtual Desktops, Device Analytics & experience management ), Connected Workspaces ( IoT, AR/VR ), Workplace Security), Digital Adoption & Change Management ( incl. Workplace Analytics), Service desk & experience, ( incl. Conversational AI & Automation).

    Preferred Qualification:

    • Experience in providing Cloud, Digital and Security advisory to client execs and driving multi-year, large transformation programs.
    • Exposure to program management and/or portfolio management skills using Agile principles (preferably SAFe®) as either Agile Practitioner, Product Owner or Product Manager or equivalent.
    • A proven people leader who can balance between managing and leading teams. Experience of coaching, managing, and leading a large global team (20 - 50 people) spread across multiple programs within a portfolio. Hands on experience with working in a globally distributed and virtual environment, preferably in agile practices.
    • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills to be able to influence or manage difficult stakeholders both internal and external - partners, service providers and customers.
    • Work in a Global delivery environment
    • Ability to work independently both in supervisory as well as individual contributor capacity, within general guidelines or best practices and manage complex technical solutions
    • Excellent Analytical and troubleshooting skill.
    • Excellent in Verbal, written communication.
    • Willingness and flexibility to learn new technologies (learnability, having a pulse on industry trends), scale up quickly and adapt to different roles as the situation demands.

    The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs.

    Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
    Ontario: $ 101500 to $ 134404
