    Short Description:
    We are seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Workday HCM solutions to meet our clients' business needs.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Analyze and understand business requirements to provide effective Workday HCM solutions.
    • Configure and implement Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, and Payroll.
    • Develop and maintain business and functional specifications for Workday HCM implementations.
    • Provide ongoing support and training to users of Workday HCM.
    • Create and maintain documentation and guides for Workday HCM processes.
    • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Stay updated with the latest Workday HCM features and industry best practices.

    Essential:

    • Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
    • At least 8 years of experience in software development life cycle with 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM.
    • Hands-on experience with Workday HCM.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Workday HCM Certification

    Preferred :

    • Experience in working in teams on large and complex Workday projects
    • Excellent customer interfacing skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
