    Position summary

    Voraussetzungen:

    • Gültiger Führerschein Klasse B (Pflicht)

    • 50% lokaler Reisebereitschaft: Zu verschiedenen Kundenstandorten in der Region Hamburg

    • Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse C1

    • Erfahrung mit Workplace- und Software/OS-Installationen sowie deren Support

    • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Microsoft-und Apple Produkten

    • Frühere Erfahrung in einer Teamleitungsrolle (wünschenswert)

    • Erfahrung im Performance- und Attritionsmanagement (wünschenswert)

    • Coaching- und Feedbackkompetenzen
