Position summary

(ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

Working knowledge of order processing best practices
Understanding of supply chain management principles
Experience in customer service

Main Responsibilities:

Process and manage customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
Verify order details and pricing against inventory availability
Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status and any issues
Investigate and resolve order discrepancies
Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and finance departments to ensure order fulfillment
Maintain accurate order records and reports
Analyze order data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures related to order management
