- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

- Demonstrated understanding of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles and reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, CSRD, ISSB).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear product requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across different teams.
- Familiarity with data management tools and technologies particularly for ESG-related data.
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ESG data solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather ESG data requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Understand evolving ESG regulations, reporting standards and best practices
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between data teams, business users and sustainability experts.
- Contribute to the creation of training materials and documentation to support ESG data processes, tools and user adoption.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related ESG data initiatives, providing guidance and oversight across projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Specific experience in implementing data solutions for ESG data including data management and reporting.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for communicating ESG insights.
- Experience with data modeling and database concepts.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Certifications in sustainability, ESG reporting or data-related disciplines.
- Experience working in a regulated industry (eg: retail, financial services, healthcare )
The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
