Roles and Responsibilities:
You will work directly with the client to understand their needs and detailed requirements. You will be responsible for designing, implementing and delivery of a robust solution to meet those needs, eventually communicating that solution in a clear and professional manner to client stakeholder executives.
Your role is to take ownership of all the project deliverables and resource management, Risk management and Vendor management to deliver the projects.
You are responsible for successfully designing and managing the delivery of cloud-based solutions and technologies. These technologies include--but are not necessarily limited to Salesforce.com products and APIs.

Essential Skills:
Preferred skills
At least 10 years of experience in Project Management and implementation.
At least 7 years of experience in Salesforce Implementation Skills
At least 7 years of experience in Client engagement, people management
At least 7 years of experience in Project, Process, People, Management and implementation.
Ability to manage technology and performance engineering
Knowledge of architectural frameworks and design principles
Ability to handle Ambiguity, diverse/ multiple stakeholders.
Analytical skills
Experience of working in large transformation programs, transitioning work from multiple vendors and moving work offshore on an aggressive plan
Experience in delivering committed requirements/functionality within budget, schedule and quality.
Experience in defining processes templates and Metrics and Dashboard for reporting to Senior Management
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
ITPL, PMP Certifications
Scrum master experience and CSM or Safe Agile certified
Domain experience in banking and Insurance

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
