    Position summary

    ness/Native Level Japanese + Business Level English)- Service Now

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Key Responsibilities
    • Project Management
      • Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Knowledge, etc.)
      • Oversee ITOM components such as Discovery, Event Management, and CMDB enhancement
      • Manage project scope, budget, resources, timelines, and risks
    • Stakeholder Engagement
      • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and global stakeholders
      • Facilitate requirement gathering, decision-making, and status reporting
    • Process & Technical Consulting
      • Provide guidance on ITIL-based process design and improvement
      • Propose technical solutions and implementation strategies
    • Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement
      • Support testing (including UAT), post-implementation troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization

      • Conduct reviews and share lessons learned

    Preferred Qualifications
    ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM) Exposure to other ServiceNow modules Experience working with multicultural and offshore teams

    Required Qualifications
    Experience & Skills

    • Proven track record managing large-scale ServiceNow implementation projects
    • Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM and/or ITOM
    • Strong understanding of ITIL processes

    Language Proficiency

    • Japanese: Native or Business Level (JLPT N1 equivalent)
    • English: Business Level or higher

    Other Skills

    • Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2 preferred)

    • Strong communication and multitasking abilities

    • Technical acumen in web/software development environments

      • プロジェクトのスコープ、予算、リソース、スケジュール、リスクを管理
    • ステークホルダー対応
      • 社内チーム、外部ベンダー、グローバルステークホルダーとの調整
      • 要件収集、意思決定、進捗報告のファシリテーション
    • プロセスおよび技術コンサルティング
      • ITILに基づくプロセス設計・改善に関するガイダンスを提供
      • 技術的ソリューションや実装戦略を提案
    • 品質保証と継続的改善
      • テスト( UATを含む)、 実装後のトラブルシューティング、継続的な最適化をサポート

      • レビューを実施し、学びを共有

    必須資格

    • 経験・スキル
      • 大規模な ServiceNow導入プロジェクトの管理実績
      • ServiceNow ITSMまたはITOMに精通していること
      • ITILプロセスを深く理解していること
    • 語学力
      • 日本語:ネイティブまたはビジネスレベル( JLPT N1相当)
      • 英語:ビジネスレベル以上
    • その他スキル
      • プロジェクト管理資格( PMP、PRINCE2が望ましい)

      • 高いコミュニケーション能力とマルチタスク能力

      • Web/ソフトウェア開発環境における技術的知識

    好ましい要件

    • ServiceNow認定資格(例:CIS-ITSM、CIS-ITOM)
