• Manage tasks for delivery resources.
• Report on progress.
• Capture and track RAID items. (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies)
• Use WS system for work item tracking to track and delivery items.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer care skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and on tight timescales.
• ITIL foundation understanding
• Experience using help desk call management system.
• Technical grasp of a wide range of applications both in house and 3rd party applications.
• Familiarity with Project Management Tools and Processes.
