Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a similar field;
Very good English language knowledge;
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to support multiple internal and external stakeholders
Experience in executing sourcing and staffing plan
Data analysis and interpretation of market trends
Good understanding of local laws, EEO and hiring process compliance
Experience working in a global environment is a plus
Other Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Represent company brand and execute branding strategy with external stake holders and candidates
Reporting and Data analysis
Identify Talent Acquisition trends and strategize hiring the right talent
Ensure adherence to recruitment standard, compliance process within the team
Support sourcing and pipeline plan to meet the hiring target
Vendor management and stake-holder management
Adherence to set standards to be process complaint, statutory and regulatory compliant
