Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or Tempe, AZ or be willing to relocate to these areas. This position may require travel in the US.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology.
- At least 6 years of experience on IAM architecture, process, and governance development & support in requirements gathering and use case development.
- Install, integrate, configure, deploy, and architect IAM solutions mainly SailPoint IIQ 8.x, and systems to facilitate User Life-Cycle Management, Identity and Access Governance, Automated Provisioning, Access Certification and Privileged account management.
- Knowledge of Identity lifecycle in Azure Entity ID, Active Directory and other LDAP solutions
- Experience with the following programming languages: Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL.
- Experience with the following web technologies: XML, SPML/SOAP, SCIM 2.0, Web Service, HTML.
- Experience setting up and installing SailPoint modules on both Windows and Unix (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX) platforms.
- Develop and execute test cases and test plans for IAM solutions.
- Automated user life cycle events including joiner, leaver, and mover use cases.
- Working knowledge of DevOps tools like Jenkin, Terraform, GitHub and GitHub actions will be a plus.
- Experience in AWS & IaC builds using Packer and Terraform scripts for AWS infrastructure.
- Communicate to clients and partners aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and functional level appropriate for the situation.
- Experience with Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL), & Directories (LDAP, AD).
- Experience working with RBAC & ABAC concepts a plus.
- Experience with QA duties is a plus (usability testing, performance testing, automated testing, test scripts, test cases, and test plans).
- Security software or internal IT audit experience a plus.
- Perform validation activities including functional, integration, and performance testing to ensure a high-quality deliverable.
- Follow ITL process - incident management, problem management, release management, and request management & Agile ceremonies.

Preferred Qualification:
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Shell Scripting, PowerShell, JavaScript, Groovy, Core Java, J2EE, J2SE, PL/SQL.
- Knowledge of integration of applications with industry standards using SAML, OpenID, and OAUTH.
- Knowledge of AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, Route53, ALB, CloudWatch) & DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, XL Release, etc.) is a must.
- Troubleshooting experience of SSO, SAML, OpenID, OAUTH, ADFS AD Connect Issues.
- Experience in the deployment of connectors, and configuration across the environment.
- Experience in Okta/SailPoint/ ForgeRock IAM will be extra handy.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes; Agile Ceremonies & ALM tools
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
