Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- 11+ years of experience in sales, relationship management, and/or account management, with a strong emphasis on scaling new or greenfield accounts.
- Significant experience in business development, with a focus on closing high-value deals in accelerated timeframes.
- Experience in the relevant industry/vertical, Payer and Provider is a must.
- Significant business development and project management experience
- Track record of interacting and building relationships with C-level client contacts
- Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading persuasive proposal presentations.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment with sales hunters, pursuit teams and delivery.
- Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven track record of rapidly driving revenue growth in early-stage accounts.
- Demonstrated success in leveraging partner networks (e.g. Microsoft, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Ideally located in the St Louis or Detroit areas
- Results-driven, focused on achieving and exceeding ambitious targets.
- Knowledge of industry specific go-to-market solutions
- Good understanding of industry specific business issues and drivers
- Global Delivery Model experience
- Experience managing large multi-location consulting engagement teams
- Track record as an Account Manager in a rapidly growing client relationship
