Position summary
perience as Database Administrator in Global Operations team (primarily on SAP HANA and ASE Database Platforms)
Preferred
Extensive experience in installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of SAP NetWeaver
Work experience in Cloud Operations for running applications systems on a large scale.
Experience in ITIL and IT Service Management processes such as Incident Management, Event Management / Monitoring, Change Request Management
Experience in SAP System Upgrades, Kernel Upgrades, installed Support Package using SPAM, SAINT, and SUM along with OSS notes implementation
Contributing to initiatives to reduce application related outages.
Good understanding of the SAP Basis systems both on Operation system level as well as inside the SAP system, preferably holding SAP certification in NW administration or S/4HANA System administration
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and work on time critical assignments.
Positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
DB installations and upgrade, Planning, setup and implementation.
Providing technical expertise and support in optimizing and tuning of Systems. Performance Optimization.
DB Concept on Security, Backup and recovery strategies, performance tuning, System Copies, high availability, and disaster recovery strategy, export-import, replication.
