    Position summary

The role includes planning, governing, and delivering SAP implementations or rollouts, closely coordinating with business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors. The Program Manager ensures delivery excellence, solution integrity, and business value realization.

    Key Responsibilities
    **

    • Lead complete SAP ECC or S/4 programs across all phases: Blueprint → Realization → Final Prep → Go-Live → Support.
    • Collaborate with offshore delivery lead in terms of delivering the program
    • Establish program governance structure, steering committees, RAIDs, KPIs, and escalation mechanisms.
    • Ensure alignment with business strategy, digital roadmap, and enterprise architecture.
    • Stakeholder & Executive Management where act as primary contact between C-level executives, business leaders, and delivery teams.
    • Change management governance and monitor scope creep and budget escalations
    • Facilitate leadership updates, steering committee meetings, and decision-making forums.
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and program reporting
    • Define program scope, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and quality targets.
    • Monitor status, risks, dependencies, and track overall program health.
    • Lead multi-stream delivery (OTC, PTP, RTR, Testing, Data, Cutover).
    • Manage a multi-disciplinary team including functional consultants, technical teams, architects, testers, and data teams.
    • Coordinate across global teams and offshore/onshore delivery models.
    • Ensure process harmonization, template adoption, and alignment with SAP best practices.
    • Govern overall design decisions, cross-stream impacts, and architecture consistency.
    • Drive quality assurance: stage gates, QA reviews, defect governance, and deployment readiness.
    • Monitor program financials: budget planning, burn rate, forecasting, and cost optimization.
    • Oversee contracts, SOWs, change requests, and vendor invoices.
    • Lead cutover planning, deployment readiness, go-live decisioning, and business sign-offs.
    • Ensure smooth hyper-care delivery and transition to AMS or Business-As-Usual (BAU).
    • Partner with OCM teams to ensure communication, training, and business readiness.
    • Support end-user enablement, training strategies, and adoption monitoring.
    • Participate in customer steer-co meetings and represent Infosys delivery

    **
    Skills**

    • Must have 15 + years of proven leadership of large SAP ECC implementation or rollout programs.
    • Leading SAP programs in domains such as Retail and Manufacturing will be an added advantage.
    • Strong expertise in:
      • Program governance
      • Risk & issue management
      • Budget & resource management
      • Stakeholder communication
      • Executive reporting
      • Vendor/partner management
    • Experience with Agile/Hybrid delivery frameworks.
    • Excellent communication, executive presence, and conflict-resolution skills.
    • Ability to lead culturally diverse teams across geographies and working with teams in offshore/remote.
    • Strong decision-making, negotiation, and influencing capabilities.
    • High level of ownership, accountability, and strategic thinking.
    • SAP Project Management certification (Good to Have).
    • PMP/Prince2/SAFe certification. (Good to Have)
    • Proficiency in English and French is required.
