    Position summary

    • Lead delivery of MDG operations including incidents, changes, enhancements, and data quality initiatives.
    • Manage MDG workflows, BRF+, data models, validations, derivations, and CR processes.
    • Ensure master data processes align with standards and governance.

    Onsite Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement

    • Act as the primary onsite MDG focal point for IT and business.
    • Provide operational updates, manage escalations, ensure SLA compliance.
    • Conduct requirement workshops, testing cycles, and align business data owners.

    Master Data Governance & Quality

    • Define data governance policies, KPIs, workflows.
    • Resolve data inconsistencies, duplicates, lifecycle issues across MDG domains.
    • Support governance committees and data stewardship forums.

    MDG Enhancements & Project Support

    • Lead functional/technical designs for MDG enhancements and integrations.
    • Support S/4HANA transformation, MDG consolidation, BTP workflows, and integrations.
    • Coordinate with Basis, Security, ABAP, Integration, and Functional teams.

    MDG Technology & Landscape Management

    • Oversee MDG configuration, DRF replication, data distribution, and performance.
    • Support transports, testing, cutover, release planning.

    Incident, Problem & Change Management

    • Lead RCA and resolution for MDG issues.
    • Validate and approve MDG-related changes as per governance.

    People Management & Continuous Improvement

    • Mentor onsite/offshore teams.
    • Identify automation opportunities.
    • Support AMS transformation and process improvement.
