Senior Associate Consultant - Delmia Digital Manufacturing

seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Consultant specializing in Delmia Digital Manufacturing to join our team in Nagoya or Tokyo. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Delmia solutions and a strong understanding of digital manufacturing processes. Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2) is required to effectively communicate with local clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:**

• Implement and customize Delmia Digital Manufacturing solutions to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients on Delmia-related issues.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Delmia implementations and customizations.
• Stay updated with the latest Delmia and digital manufacturing technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Delmia solutions.
• Strong understanding of digital manufacturing processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2) is mandatory.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Experience in the automotive or aerospace industry is a plus.

• Advanced proficiency in Delmia and related digital manufacturing tools.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
• Proficiency in other digital manufacturing software (e.g., 3DEXPERIENCE, CATIA) is a plus.
