Skills /Competencies:
Essential Skills:
Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / Engineering discipline.
Over 6 years of hands-on experience in GE Vernova product APM (formerly called as Meridium) installation, configuration, patching, and technical troubleshooting
Understanding of .NET framework development concepts.
Proficient in handling activities of GE APM application configuration.
Perform administrative activities in GE APM application to perform customizations.
Experience on other technical aspects of GE APM like Configuration Management, Administration Settings, Query Management, Data Loader, and Asset Hierarchy.
Database development experience, including relation database design, SQL/ORACLE, PostgreSQL, SSRS.
Work with IT infrastructure teams for VM provisioning, firewall exceptions, OS patches, access issues, and system resource problems
Maintain application performance, monitor logs, and track recurring issues.
Preferred Skills
GE APM application technical consultant has worked on custom application workflow design, application integration with SAP, Historian.
Database development experience, including relation database design, SQL.
Additional Skills:
Configuration and troubleshooting of GE-APM with excellent debugging skills.
Creating test scripts, Training documents guide and Train the customer
Experience in ticket life-cycle hygiene, SLA adherence, sprint-based service cycles, and structured reporting
