    Position summary

    w. These diverse and brightest minds come together to build new, disruptive, and game-changing technology. They have a clear and defined aim to bring a change not only in the industry but also in society. Functional - Domain Consultant (Demand Planning & Supply Chain Planning Skills:

    • Business Consultant - Demand Planning & Supply Chain Planning
    • Experience:
      • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting ERP Planning modules (preferably Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning or similar top-tier ERP systems such as SAP APO/IBP, Oracle EBS, JDE).
      • Must have participated in at least 2 end-to-end ERP Planning module implementations (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Scheduling).

    Role & Responsibilities:

    • Lead and support Oracle Cloud Planning module implementations (Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Production Scheduling).
    • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and design solutions within Oracle Cloud Planning.
    • Configure, test, and validate planning modules in Oracle Cloud ERP.
    • Provide functional expertise during workshops, CRP, UAT, and go-live support.
    • Identify and implement enhancements aligned with best practices in planning processes.
    • Participate in review meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.

    Required skills:

    • Business Level Japanese language skills (Speaking, Reading, Writing)
    • Strong functional expertise in Planning domains:- Supply Planning, Demand Management, Replenishment Planning, Production Scheduling, Sales and Operations Planning and Supply Chain Collaboration
    • Exposure to related Oracle Cloud modules:- Order Management, Shipping Execution, Supply Chain Orchestration, Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement Suite, Costing, Shipping Execution
    • Preferred Skills:
      • Business communication skills in English
      • Experience in Consulting and Implementation for Core Manufacturing, Hi-Tech Manufacturing and Automotive industries.
      • Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Oracle Cloud, Oracle EBS, SAP APO/IBP, JDE, Infor.
      • Ability to work independently, customer-focused, and self-driven.

    • 以下の領域への理解・経験:受注管理、出荷実行、サプライチェーンオーケストレーション、製造、在庫管理、調達、原価管理、出荷実行

    • あれば尚可のスキル・資格

      • 英語でのビジネスコミュニケーションスキル
      • コア製造、ハイテク製造、自動車業界におけるコンサルティングおよび導入経験
      • SAP、Oracle EBS、BaaN、Infor、JDEなどのERPシステム使用経験
    • 自発的で、献身的、お客様志向の姿勢

    • お客様およびエンドユーザーと密接に連携して業務を遂行できる人物
