Preferred:

HR domain knowledge of specific areas such as Compensation and Benefits, Organization Development.
Assist in manage and review the following - HR operations, Performance management framework
HR analytics / metrics and reporting
Collaborator and vendor management
Employer branding and positioning
Complete unit specific performance management framework
HR Operational effectiveness and efficiencies
Monitor the employee governance process and adherence to code of conduct

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
