    Your Role
    This position will primarily be responsible to interface with clients and execute environmental, social and governance (ESG) projects successfully, provide trusted advice, develop working relationships both internally and externally, elucidate requirements, design and develop systems, part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

    Your Key Responsibilities
    • Collaborate with client to consult, develop and implement ESG strategies
    • Conduct assessment and assist client in meeting the sustainability reporting standards
    • Analyze data and develop roadmap to improve sustainability practices
    • Understand ESG requirements both functional and non-functional in creating high level systems requirements and accelerate the design and development of the program
    • Responsible for execution of ESG projects within the set objectives of delivery and ensuring quality

    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
    • At least 5 years of experience in Environmental, Sustainability, Climate, Emission and ESG performance consulting and reporting. ESG frameworks, reporting standards, regulations and compliance
    • At least 8+ years of experience in Information Technology.
    • Business Acumen

    Preferred Qualifications
    • At least 3 years of experience in driving sustainable change, developing sustainability, ESG data analysis, impact assessment and risk assessment. Experience on ESG tool like IBM Envizi, Workiva or other tools
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience in software development life cycle/SaaS platform
    • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
    • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

    The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
