Senior Consultant-Full stack Developer (Python,Django,ReactJS)

In the role of Senior Consultant, you will be expected to develop bespoke applications in the mining domain. This role will interface with client and elicit technical requirements, design and develop technical components.

Roles and Responsibilities:
For you to be successful in obtaining this role you will need to possess the following:

• Must be able to refine requirements based on discussion with client.
• Estimate for managing deliverables based on requirements
• Develop, unit test and support applications using Python Django and React.
• Work with a global team in agile environments.
• Ensure high performance of applications and provide support.

Skills /Competencies:

Essential:

• Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience as a full stack developer
• At least 5 years of experience with building web applications using Django REST Framework
• Experience of developing API driven front-end web applications using React and Typescript (3+ years).
• Experience with single page applications and hybrid approaches
• Highly experienced with Postgres
• Experienced with SQL and No SQL databases
• Highly experienced with CI/CD pipelines
• AWS hosting and support (at least 1-year experience in S3, EC2, RDS)

Preferred :

• Prior application development experience in mining operations.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• Knowledge of Agile software development and project management

• Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
