Support the growth of our Talent & Organization practice by contributing to offering and capability development, supporting recruiting, and participating in other internal initiatives.
Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate specific experience leading and delivering change and/or learning programs for one or more of the following:
• ERP-enabled transformation programs (e.g., SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft).
• Major package software implementations (e.g., SFDC, MS Dynamics).
• Collaboration initiatives (SharePoint or other collaboration platforms)
• Cloud, AI, and Automation transformation programs.
• Digital commerce implementations/transformations.
• Shared services, outsourcing, and managed services programs.
• MA&D transformations and other restructuring initiatives.
The successful candidate will lead substantial workstreams successfully, focusing on business impacts and results. He or she will adapt to the needs of diverse audiences and/or complex situations, and deliver accurate, clear, and concise messages that inform and frequently persuade audiences to take action. The candidate will be a delivery-focused individual who will grow into independently leading small teams and engagements. He or she will have supportive leaders who provides direction, coaching and air cover, but also afford the individual sufficient latitude to drive an agenda for measurable outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Toronto, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Graduate degree preferred; Business Administration, Organizational Behavior and Development, Industrial Psychology, Instructional Design or other related fields.
